Eve's flight stability based on the first 5-10 flights thus far has been impressive to say the least. In GPS mode we have put Eve in place in the wind and she holds her position even against moderate gusts. It's been as though she was hung from a string in the sky. We have been able to hover her about 8ft off the ground to get up close with a camera.
Eve also proved to be fairly nimble despite being designed more for steady, longer flights. She responds well to steep bank commands and fast ascent commands. Eve also responds well to fast yaw commands. We have spun her in the air with a good response. This move can be tricky to do without ascending or descending. Eve has also responded will to commands to perform loops with a foward bank and yaw.
